Amir Hossain

Biography

Mr. Amir was born in a village of Charol, at Baliadangi Thana under the district of Thakurgoan, Bangladesh. He completed his Primary and School Secondary Education from his village. Then, he completed his Higher Secondary Education from Rampura Ekramunnessa Degree College situated in Dhaka. He did his BA (Hon’s) and Master of Arts in English Literature from The People’s University of Bangladesh. Now, he is waiting for the defense of M. Phil degree on English at Jahangirnagar University, Bangladesh. And, he is a Senior Lecturer (full-time) in the department of English at IBAIS University, Bangladesh. He is also a Research Associate (Part-time) at Uttara University, Bangladesh. He has written 35 numbers of articles and participated in National and International Conferences in Bangladesh. Among 35 articles, 25 numbers of articles have been published in International Scholarly Journals. He is a reviewer and editor of 35 numbers of International Scholarly Journals (online and printed version) and an editor of several numbers of books here in Bangladesh. Moreover, he has recently achieved International Certificates of Reviewer, Editorial Board Member, and Membership of International Scholarly Journals and Different International Organizations. He has written three books on English, which are ongoing process for publication. He always tries to contribute to English Literature and other research field.
