Biography
Bashir M. Zubayr is the Program Manager in charge of the North-West Region. As the IHVN Regional Manager, he is responsible for day-to-day administration, design, implementation, coordination and evaluation of the Institute's programs on HIV, TB, malaria care and treatment as well as health systems strengthening in theregion. He steers the team of inter-disciplinary staff towards achieving set targets and goals and represents IHVN in meetings at state and local government area levels to plan and implement jointly funded programs.
