Geography & Environment
I was born and raised in rural Bangladesh. I received my B.Sc. and MSc. degree from Jahangirnagar University in Bangladesh. I have been teaching at the same University since 2009. Before starting my graduate program in Bioresource Engineering at McGill, I received my Masters of Environmental Studies (MES) degree from Queen’s University, Ontario, Canada. I worked with Government agencies and NGOs and involved in many projects of public and private sectors in Bangladesh. Now, I am doing an analysis of remote sensing and high-density proximal soil sensor (PSS) data for developing multivariate clustering tools and geostatistical models in precision agriculture at McGill.
