Biography
Nazir Arifeen Jitu has been graduated from State College of Health Sciences under the Medicine Faculty of Dhaka University and has started his physiotherapy career as Head of the Department of Movement Solutions Brance-1 (Gulshan-2). He is a Chartered Physiotherapist and also qualified Sports Therapist. He is certified in IKT(India), MOTNS(Aus), MMTS(India), Dry Needling(India). Nazir went into the profession because he loves to help make people feel better. He also enjoys the challenge of working with different diagnoses and deciding the plan of care that will best help that patient and their individual needs. Nazir's clinical interests include rehabilitation of sports injuries & rehabilitation after ACL reconstruction. He is also a qualified pilates instructor & is passionate about retraining movement patterns to improve function & performance for a range of clients from those with persistent low back pain to elite athletes. Nazir conducts an appropriate treatment plan including manual joint and soft tissue therapy and exercises and can also work with patients to develop a core muscle Pilates or general exercise program for long term injury prevention. Nazir commonly treats all types of muscular and joint injuries including low back pain, bulged disc, neck pain, improved balance and core control, headaches/migraine etc. Nazir is also experienced in office work site, ergonomic and pre-employment assessment.
