Biography
Dr. Syed Rashel Kabir has been working as a faculty member at the Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, Rajshahi University since 2005. He had completed B.Sc (Honors) and M.Sc degree from the said department with the first class first place and received the best student awards. He achieved Ph.D degree in 2004 from the Tohoku University, Japan under Monbusho Scholarship where he also served as a staff member. He had completed postdoctoral research training in 2007 at the said university under JSPS fellowship. He received University Grants Commission (Bangladesh) award-2011 in the field of Clinical, Pharmaceuticals and Medical Sciences section and Dean’s award-2016 from Rajshahi University in the Biochemical and Chemical section. He has presented research works in many conferences and working as a member of many professional organizations and editorial boards of many journals. He has published 13 research articles in SCI category journals and currently he is directly supervising Ph.D, M.Phil and M.Sc level students.
Research Interest
HIs main research interests are Protein Biochemistry, Nanomedicine and Anticancer drugs.
