Biography

 Dr. N. I. Bhuiyan, MBBS, MS (Urology), Advanced training in Urology (India, Thailand), Advanced course in Laparoscopic Urology (Taiwan), joins Square Hospital as a Consultant, Urology. Dr. Bhuiyan graduated from Sir Salimullah Medical College and started his career as a lecturer at Dinajpur Medical College. Then he joined Dhaka Medical College Hospital as Assistant Registrar in Surgery department and later worked in Casualty Surgery Department for 3 years. Subsequently, he enrolled as thesis student in the department of Urology in the same institute and successfully obtained his MS (Urology). Then he joined Bangladesh Medical College as Assistant Professor of Urology. He visited USA, Germany, Singapore, India and Thailand and achieved advanced training in Urology. He also received training in advanced course on Laparoscopic Urology from IRCARD Taiwan. He has special interest in Laparoscopic Urology and Urinary stone management He is leading various medical professional organizations in different capacities. He actively participated in many seminars and symposiums in home, abroad, and presented papers. He has published a number of articles in national and international medical journals and appreciated by the physicians. He awarded Major Gen. KM Siraj Jinnat Memorial Gold Medal for innovative work on urology (urinary stone management) by Bangladesh Association of Urological Surgeons (BAUS). He also invited as international faculty Urology from urology society of India. Now he is available at Square Hospital for consulting patients and performing all types of Uro Surgery.
