Led the platensimycin project; key contributor to PrCP, sEH, and sGC lead optimization programs; conceived and developed multiple potent, bioavailable, and selective proof of concept molecules (POCMs) and/or benchmark compounds for all four programs. • Led a team of ~5 CRO FTEs and one research associate, and mentored 5 summer interns.
