Biography
I worked 14 years as a social worker in the greater Cleveland area. I am the founder The Reverence Design Team. I am responsible for developing and overseeing the training program for new stylists that teaches trichology, caring for and styling textured hair; as well as hair coloring. In addition, I travel around the nation with the Reverence Design Team hosting my famous standing room only, "What They Don't Tell You at the Hair Salon" workshops and public forums that provides demonstration on how to style your hair and education on how to care for your hair.
