Biography
I have 12+ years of experience in software industry. Right now I'm improving operations and establishing processes for development, testing, support, setup, HR, IT etc. Enforcing usage of best practices, proper staff evaluation and accomplishing yearly goals set by CEO, like new products delivery to the market on time. As well I'm responsible for day to day activities of our distributed dev and QC teams, proper planning of sprints, stakeholders expectations management, resources planning etc. Before that, I was acting as a QA Manager, Portfolio Manager, and Program Manager for AMT completing different activities for AMT, like issues regular RCAs, decreasing the number of support cases, proper staff balancing between projects, Scrum process implementation, scrum masters training.
