Michael Grattendick

Biography

 Michael Grattendick has over 15 years of experience in the health care industry, including service as senior accountant at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, St. Louis, MO and AmeriPath, Palm Beach Gardens, FL, where he served as Regional Controller, Finance Director, and Director of Internal Control. As a member of Aurora Diagnostics since its inception in 2006, Mr. Grattendick has served as Director of Finance/Treasury. He has recently assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer, responsible for all aspects of the firm’s financial operations, including internal and external financial reporting, the treasury, audit and internal control, risk management and insurance, budgeting and forecasting, accounts payable, and payroll. Mr. Grattendick earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville and has successfully completed the certified public accounting examination.
