William Bill Sutton

Biography

 Bill Sutton serves as Aurora Diagnostics’ General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. He has more than 25 years of experience as a practicing lawyer, and is a Florida board-certified health law attorney. Mr. Sutton began his career as a criminal trial counsel with the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General Corps, and then served in the public sector with the Florida Attorney General’s Office and the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration. In private practice, Mr. Sutton represented health care providers in litigation, investigations, and regulatory actions brought by federal and state government agencies. Prior to joining Aurora, Mr. Sutton served as General Counsel to ADCS Clinics, a proprietary health care company with operations throughout the United States. Mr. Sutton has been recognized in Best Lawyers in America and Florida Super Lawyers in the area of health law.
