Biography

 Born in 1983 in Gomel. Belarusian. In 2006 graduated from the Faculty of History, Belarusian State University, specializing in Records and Information Management. Master of Arts in History, specializing in Documentalistics, Document Science and Archival Studies (2007, BSU). In 2006–2007 conducted scientific research internship at the Universities of Warsaw and Lodz (Poland). 2007-2010 – PhD studies at the Department of Constitutional Law at the Law Faculty of BSU. Worked as a Lecturer at Pedagogical College of M. Tank Belarusian State Pedagogical University, Lecturer at the Department of Humanities of the Belarusian State Academy of Arts. Lecturer of the Department of Source Studies (since 2007). Deputy Chairman of the Council of Young Scientists of Faculty of History. Research interests: Information Law, Data Protection, Document Science, Records and Information Management, Constitutional Law, University Management; Pedagogy of Higher Education, Intercultural Communication. Taught courses: “Records Management: Introduction to the Profession”, “Document Science”, “Information Law”, “Introduction to Document Science”, (“Introduction to Intellectual Property Management” – in the 2007-2008 academic year).
