Biography
Panfilov Vladimir Alexandrovich was born in May 15, 1947 in Gaale (Germany) in the family of a military man. 1965-1970-studied at the History Faculty of the BSU. 1970- received a military rank of a leutenant and a post of an officer commanding a motorized rifle platoon. Served successfully occupying the officers post in German Democratic Republic, Belarusian Military Region. 1984- graduated from the General Command Service Faculty of the Politico- Military Academy named after V.I. Lenin. 1986-1987- a participant of the warfare in the Republic of Afghanistan as a counsellor of the director of the political affairs of 15 tbr of the Afghanistan armed forces. Awarded by 2 orders: 1. the Soviet order of "the Red Star", 2. the Afghanistan order "the Star of the 3rd Degree", 3. the medals. 1987-1993- served and worked at the National Top-Level Command Service School as a teacher at the politico-military work department. 1993- retired. 1993- till nowadays has been working as the head of a laboratory, a senior teacher at the History Faculty of the BSU. While working, has showed himself as a highly qualified specialist, thorouhly fulfilling his functional duties. 2007- awarded by 2 Honorary Certificates: 1) of the BSU; 2) of the Chairman of Minsk Executive Committee. Vladimir Alexandrovich is a senior teacher at the department of source studies, conducting lectures and practical seminars on the course " Corruption and its social danger", " Health and safety regulations". The special course "The Local Conflicts of the Present Day in the System of Foreign Affairs", the academic programme on the course " The Great Patriotic War of 1941 - 1945 in the Context of World War II 1939 -1945" have been worked out by him.
