Holds degree of Master of European Law (LL M) from the College of Europe (Bruges, Belgium). As of January 2013 he is CIPE – Atlas Corps Think Tank LINKS Fellow at the Cato Institute (Washington, DC, U.S.). Research interests: Eurasian integration, regulatory impact assessment, legal approximation.
