Biography
A graduate of International Relations Department at the Belarus State University, he got his Masters' degree in political science from the European Humanities University (Vilnius, Lithuania), and is currently working on his PhD thesis at the Freie Universität Berlin. Until October 2009, Siarhei lectured at the European Humanities University in Vilnius and worked at the Nasha Niva weekly.
