Biography
In 2003 he graduated from the faculty of public administration of Mogilev State University. He studied at the Higher School of Management of the Belarusian State Economic University. In 2015 he graduated from Cornell University with a Master of Public Administration degree. Between 2003 and 2014, he held various positions in state bodies, including the position of economic adviser to the Minister of Economy. In January 2016, he joined the BEROC team as deputy administrative director.
