Gained wide commercial experience in several international Pharmaceutical companies in CIS region. As of February 2013 he was promoted to the positions of General Manager for Novartis Consumer Health, with responsibility to provide operational & execution leadership for activities in Belarus: manage and develop the overall performance of the Country product portfolio, maximising sales within agreed expense budgets achieve agreed organisational objectives, through effective leadership of the sales and marketing teams and optimal management of resources
