Biography
A rich tapestry of varied experiences aligned with professional qualifications gives her a broad outlook with which to develop opportunities within a wide sphere of business and culture. After graduating Belarus State Pedagogical University (educational methods) and Public Relations Management (Academy of Post-graduate Education), Project Management (IPM) Elena Morigerovskaya worked as the art-manager of Classic-Avantgarde orchestra (Belorusian State Philarmonic), then the leader of various concert halls’ project, including Concert of the Youth Simphonic orchestra of Eastern Partnership “ICulture orchestra” in Minsk, the 6th Yuri Bashmet Music Festival, Belorusian concert tour of indo-french project “Swan lake: new reading”, Belorusian tour of American jazz band “Manhattan Connection” etc. She has produced and managed various projects, including Balls in Mir castle, open-air “The Center of Europe” in horse-center “Ratomka”, Milk Festival in Minsk, Belorusian-Russian tour worldwide famous fusion guitarist Larry Coryell & band, business conference “The K&E”, charity initiatives in Belarus as well as for children and adults. Elena Morigerovskaya is a frequent participant and speaker at numerous high profile P.R. and International Art Management events. Most recently she has been working closely with BBCC especially Mel Rogers, Ivan Grakov, Bruce Ogilvie, Elena aims to serve BBCC members by promoting relevant issues, events and initiatives to the COBCOE community and of course to the wider world.
