Founder and Head of London office for Phoenix CRetro, a niche Bermudian catastrophy Reinsurer bridging Lloyd’s market and Capital providers from CEE & MENA, having developed the entire concept on a basis of activities he was involved in since 2006. Previously Head of Collateralized Retro & ILS practice at Chesterfield Group – subsidiary of Kaufman Financial Group (2011-13) and Producer within London retro team at Cooper Gay & Co (2009-11). 2007-2009 – Board member & CEO of Belarus office at Cooper Gay (Eastern Europe) as a regional joint venture with Cooper Gay Sweat & Crawford having offices in Moscow (Russia), Minsk (Belarus), Kiev (Ukraine) & Almaty (Kazakhstan) 1999-2009 founder & CEO of Beauchamp & Savrassov Ltd – the only western reinsurance broker in Belarus which introduced London market practises to the local market and provided more than 80% of all inward premium receipts from abroad in the entire industry. Arranged a payout for the largest ever insurance claim in Belarus being «BelKA» satellite (exploded at launch), as well as a reinsurance support for Mozyr Oil Refinry refurbishment programme worth over USD 2 bln.
