University graduate in medicine (Vitebsk Medical Institute, 1987) • PhD in Cardiology (Moscow Medical Sechenov Academy, 1993) • MSc in Health Technology Assessment (HTA) & Management (University of Montreal, 2011) • Adjunct Associate Professor in clinical pharmacology & pharmacoeconomics at Vitebsk State Medical University (1999 - 2012), in preventive medicine & health promotion at Vitebsk State University (2003 - 2006)  • Monograph on pharmacoeconomics for CIS medical practitioners and decision makers (2004) • Implementing national and regional strategies for HTA and pharmacoeconomics development • Leading, reporting and reviewing HTA for local and national formulary decisions • Participating in international network for HTA and medical decision making • Rich presentation experience at international scientific meetings worldwide
