Biography
Ms. Kleinen-Rätz studied Information Technology and Communications Research. She is working at the Institute for International Cooperation of the German Adult Education Association (DVV International) since 1982. Initially, she is responsible for education in the field of development policy. From 1993, Ms. Kleinen-Rätz assumed the support of the Latin-American projects and became Deputy Administration Manager. Since 2002, she is Administration Manager and responsible for the implementation of WINPACCS.
