Paolo Giuri

Biography

 Mr. Paolo Giuri is the Chief Executive Officer at TDL 2013 Realisations Ltd. Mr. Giuri also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Europages S.A., Nanterre, France. He has held roles within the Seat Pagine Gialle group including Head of Quality and Customer Relationship Management and Head of Group Planning and Control. Mr. Giuri served as the Mergers and Acquisitions Manager of SEAT Pagine Gialle SpA since March 2000. It was in this position where Giuri first began his relationship with thomsonlocal.com; as he led the acquisition of the Thomson Directories Ltd. business for Seat Pagine Gialle in August 2000. Mr. Giuri joined SEAT Pagine Gialle SpA from UNIM SpA, where he served as Strategic Planning and Acquisitions Manager. He is a Non-Executive Director at TDL Infomedia Holdings plc and TDL Infomedia Group plc since April 9, 2002. He serves as a Non-Executive Director of TDL Infomedia Limited and TDL Infomedia Finance Limited. He served as a Member of Supervisory Board at Telegate AG from December 15, 2007 to April 2013. He also serves as a Director of NetCreations Inc., Icom Inc., Consodata SA, Consodata Solutions and BCA Finance. He serves as a Director of Europages Benelux SPRL, Brussels, Belgium. Mr. Giuri graduated from Sienna University with a Degree in Economics and Banking in 1991.
