Biography
Carmen’s recent work investigates the aspect of fairness in bargaining, the role of inequality in the collective management of natural resources, the effectiveness of water rights buy-back policies, and issues concerning the strategic formation of international environmental agreements. She also holds the following positions: Lecturer in Environmental Policy and Economics at the Department of Geography and Environment at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE); External collaborator for the Fondazione Eni Enrico Mattei (FEEM).
