Biography
Alexey Astakhov is the Leading Technical Specialist at *instinctools Belarus. In 1998 Alexey was one of the co-founders of *instinctools Belarus. He is responsible for the strategic Product Development decisions and develops architectures for all the *instinctools’ products. Besides he has also been acting as a Project Manager of several international projects. Alexey holds a Diploma in Mathematics and Economics from Grodno State University, Belarus, and a Ph.D. in Physics and Mathematics from Belarusian State University. Alexey has been teaching Probability Theory, Systems of Database Management and Development of Java-Applications at Grodno State University.
