Biography
Gunthilde Sohn is the Managing Director and a shareholder at *instinctools GmbH. Gunthilde has many years of experience in leading national and international IT projects of different sizes. For more then 20 years she worked for IBM Germany and held various management positions in different areas such as Application Development and Maintenance Support, Strategic Outsourcing and World Wide SAP Missions on behalf of IBM’s Corporate Headquarter in Armonk, USA. Since the early 90s Gunthilde has been cooperating with offshore development in Belarus and joined *instinctools on full-time basis in 2003. Gunthilde holds a Diploma in Mathematics, Economics and Computer Sciences from University of Ulm, Germany.
