Biography
Yury Baranouski is the Head of Software Development Department at *instinctools Belarus. Since 1998 he has been developing an in-depth knowledge in developing Java Enterprise Applications and is a Project Manager of various IT projects inside the company and for many years he has been leading software development teams. In addition to his professional carrier, Yury also has experiences as a lecturer of IT courses at Grodno State University. Yury holds a Diploma in Mathematics and has a Master Degree in Natural Sciences from Grodno State University. In 2006 he has been certified in “Leadership and Teamwork in IT Industry” from Carnegie Mellon University.
