 The head of the experimental research company "Faisom-laboratory" He was born in Germany, lived in the Soviet Union, now lives in Moscow. Education: radio engineer, technologist, economist, management organizer. Career in the Soviet era - from the technologist to the first deputy head of the NGO Cosmic Instrument-Making USSR. In the troubled perestroika time - co-owner and CEO of the corporation "Kapotnya" - the largest association for oil production and refining. In the future - wholesale and retail trade in petroleum products, the first pharmaceutical factory in Russia certified by the GMP of the European Union. Today, there is a little business (port facilities, construction, IT technologies) and a little more science - 17 years, the owner and head of the research company "Faisom-Laboratory", engaged in diagnostics of organizational structures and personnel, professional management training and management systems. The methods of the company are confirmed by the patents of the UNESCO World Technological Institute.    He is engaged in research of organizational structure, motivation, personnel management. He reads lectures (Moscow State University, Higher School of Economics, RSTU) and conducts seminars.    Completed more than 200 organizational diagnostics and 80 projects to build a business management system.
