Biography
Head of the EBRD (European Bank for Reconstruction and Development) in Belarus He began his career with the EBRD in 1999 as a senior legal adviser at Headquarters in London. In 2004, he moved to Moldova for the position of Country Manager of the EBRD. In 2008, he was appointed Country Manager at the EBRD in Azerbaijan. From 2011 to the present, he heads the EBRD office in Belarus.
