From 2007 to 2008 worked as a senior analyst at the Belarusian Institute for Strategic Studies (BISS). From June 2012 to March 2013. - Lead researcher of the Belarusian Economic Research and Education Center (BEROC). Since April, 2013 works in the World bank (the country economist on Belarus).
