Biography
He graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the Belarusian State University (1998). Received a master's degree from the University of Sussex (UK, 2000), and a PhD degree from the University of Trento (Italy, 2012). In 2002-2005, worked as an expert on economic issues of the International Labor Organization (ILO) project in Belarus. In 2001-2004, taught economic disciplines at the European Humanities University, and 2002-2005. - at the Belarusian State University. From 2001 to March 2013 was an associate expert of the IPM Research Center, and since 2011 - a member of its Supervisory Board. From 2007 to 2008 worked as a senior analyst at the Belarusian Institute for Strategic Studies (BISS). From June 2012 to March 2013. - Lead researcher of the Belarusian Economic Research and Education Center (BEROC). Since April, 2013 works in the World bank (the country economist on Belarus).
