Biography
Earlier, Paul held the position of Executive Board member and Supervisor on the board of directors of EKO Holdings Poland, a network of more than 300 stores. For 20 years he was CEO of ALDI Stores, a private international retailer. Has operational management experience in 10 countries (Europe, USA, Australia). As a consultant, Paul worked in the Eastern European market in Russia, Belarus, Ukraine. Among his clients: "Ship", a large Russian chain of children's stores, "Dixie", one of the largest food discounters. Among the latest projects is the development of the first fundamentally new Western-style food discounter. In Belarus, he cooperated with hypermarkets Gippo and the Fifth Element network. Along with the focus on Central and Eastern Europe, Foley Retail Consulting is constantly implementing projects for private retailers in various countries around the world, for example, in Turkey the company works with the largest players in the food market Bim and A101.
