Biography
1985-1995 - lecture courses on management psychology in business schools and universities in Latvia (Riga), Poland (Warsaw), Germany (Weingarten-Ravensburg), Finland (Juvaskula). Studies for the International Finance Corporation (the project "Small Privatization in the Republic of Belarus") and the Department of Social and Economic Reforms of the Government of the Russian Federation. 1993-2000 - director of a consulting company specializing in building sales networks, developing strategies for accelerated development of domestic companies (more than 40 projects). Since 2000 - Director of the Corporate Institute of Business Technologies of the Atlant-M Holding and the Zubr Capital Private Equity Fund.
