Biography
Member of the Professional Council of the Adizes Institute, founder and CEO of Adizes Business Consulting (Serbia). Consultant in the field of organizational changes, personnel selection and marketing research. Consulting experience is 29 years, including 16 years in the framework of the Adizes Institute (USA), in which he is a Senior Partner and is responsible for the preparation and certification of consultants for Phase IX of the Adizes Methodology - "Strategic Management". Developed 28 different courses, trainings, as well as practical tools and management techniques, in particular highly reliable methods of recruiting for the needs of the company - "Candidate Selection System". Carried out consulting projects in such companies as McDonald's, Coca Cola Hellenic, Daimler Chrysler, Telekom (Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia, Macedonia), Teledata (Brazil), Europroduct (Ukraine), Golden Fresh (Malaysia); Body Shop (United Kingdom); Applied Materials (USA) and many others.
