 Doctor of Law, Professor of BSU, Chairman of the International Arbitration Court at BelCCI Arbitrator: International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Arbitration Court of the International Center for Settlement of Disputes at the Economic Court of the CIS, International Commercial Arbitration Court of Kazakhstan, International Commercial Arbitration Court "JUS". Intermediary of the House of Mediators of the International Center for Dispute Resolution at the Economic Court of the CIS. Member of the Government Commission and the working group for the preparation of the Civil Code of the Republic of Belarus, a member of the working group of the Parliament of the Republic of Belarus and the Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus for the preparation of the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Belarus, the developer of many drafts of other legislative acts of the Republic of Belarus, primarily on economic relations. Author (co-author) of more than 860 printed works (including 46 books), published in Belarus, Poland, Russia, England, USA.
