establishment and implementation of the arrangements putting at zero point possibilities of illegal seizure of nuclear materials and/or committing of acts of sabotage. providing the government with information and technical assistance necessary to take efficient and comprehensive measures to find and bring back the missing nuclear materials, as well as cooperation with security bodies aimed at putting at zero point radiological consequences of acts of sabotage.
