Biography
George S. Attar oversees all technology planning, development and support for both internal applications and for customer-facing technology solutions. Since joining McKesson Canada in 2003, Mr. Attar has also been responsible for strategy, business development, including mergers and acquisitions, and government relations. Prior to joining our Company, he served as a partner with Accenture, a global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company, where his 21-year tenure provided him with significant experience in a variety of industries. Assisting companies achieve their business objectives, Mr. Attar worked closely with executives from several major companies including Rio Tinto Alcan, Corning, Bombardier, Culinar, Air Canada, Lafarge and ABB. Mr. Attar currently sits on the Board of Directors of GS1. He earned his Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University.
