Igor Makar

Biography

  First Deputy Chairman of Minsk Oblast Executive Committee Igor MAKAR was born in 1960; in 1984 graduated from Belarusian Institute of Mechanization of Agriculture, specialty «Mechanization of Agriculture», in 2002 – Belarusian State Economic University, specialty «Enterprise economy and management», in 2009 – Academy of Public Administration under the Aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus, specialty «State and Local Management» He began his career in 1978 as a tractor driver in collective farm «Gornostaevichi», Svislotch region, Grodno oblast. After graduating in 1984, the Belarusian Institute for Mechanization of Agriculture, he continued to work in the same farm as head of the machine yard.
