Biography
Mr. Gorman has been a director of Paramount since 2002 and is currently the Lead Director. Prior to his retirement in 2000, he was the President and CEO of an energy trading, marketing and financial services company from 1996 to 2000 and a corporate banker with the Bank of Montreal (a Canadian chartered bank) from 1972 to 1996, retiring as Senior Vice President, Natural Resources Group. Mr. Gorman obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Ottawa and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Western Ontario.
