Biography
He is a Master of technical science, PhD in physical and mathematics sciences and have been working on the doctoral dissertation at Belarusian National Technical University (BNTU) in Minsk. He have been working about different approaches to the scientific systems, development of the Bologna-process, democratic structures in science, diversity management and funding possibilities for young researchers, professional mobility and conditions for its implementation.
Research Interest
to identify principal factors that significantly increase the export potential of the BNTU, as well as to study the experience of Western Europe and the United States in this area. I consider the Educational Services Market as a main Factor for Formation of Professional Mobility and as a Condition for Its Implementation too.
