Biography
Andreas holds both a Swedish LL.M and a Master in International Human Rights Law from Lund University. He joined RWI in 2003 having previously worked for e.g. the Human Rights Chamber of Bosnia-Herzegovina and OHCHR. He has extensive experience working with human rights both within a development cooperation context and from an international court setting. He was Head of RWI’s office in Jakarta 2005-2007, Head of RWI’s Asia Unit 2007-2013 and since 2013 he is the Head of RWI’s office in Phnom Penh.
