Biography
Denis was born in Minsk in 1977. He is married and brings up four sons. He is keen on sports such as hockey, tennis, ski mountaineering and likes hunting and fishing. Denis graduated from the Webster University, Business and Technology Department, and got a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration.
Research Interest
Denis Filazafovitch works in the company from the day of its foundation. From 1999 to 2001 he took the position of Chief Economist in MDC’s Financial Control Department (since 2008 FE VELCOM). In 2001 he became Chief Officer of the company’s Financial Administration. From 2004 to 2007 Denis worked as Financial Adviser of FE VELCOM in Geneva, Switzerland. From 2007 to 2017 worked as Deputy Director General for Economic Affairs
