Biography
Mr. Tooman previously served on the Board of Directors of Insite Vision Incorporated, a publicly-traded ophthalmological company, from September 2011 to November 2015. Mr. Tooman also served on the Board of Directors and as chair of the audit committee of Xanodyne Pharmaceuticals Inc., a privately-held specialty pharmaceutical company, from October 2007 until it was acquired in June 2013 upon the sale of its commercial assets. He has a B.A. in Economics from Kalamazoo College and M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Chicago.
