Biography

  Mr. Boon Hwee Koh serves as the Managing Director of GK Goh Holdings Ltd. Mr. Koh is the Founding Partner and Managing Partner and serves as the Chairman of Credence Partners Pte Ltd. He has been Advisor to Board of Directors at Innovalues Precision Ltd. since June 1, 2005. He has been the Non Executive Chairman of Sunningdale Tech Ltd. since January 2009 and previously served as its Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from July 2005 to January 2009. He served as the Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Sunningdale Precision Industries Ltd. He was a Consultant of QAD Inc. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of DBS Group Holdings Limited since December 2007 and Chairman of the Board from January 2006 to May 2010. Mr. Koh served as the Managing Director of Hewlett-Packard Company from 1985 to 1990, where he started his career in 1977. He served as Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Sunningdale Tech Ltd until January 2009 and November 2008, respectively and Non-Executive Chairman from January 2009 to January 2015. He was actively involved in the securities industry in Southeast Asia for 25 years until 2005. Mr. Koh has been the Non-Executive Chairman of Sunnigdale Tech Ltd., since January 2009. He has been the Chairman of Far East Orchard Limited since January 1, 2013. He serves as the Chairman of Centre for Effective Leadership (Asia) Pte Ltd. He serves as the Non-Executive Chairman of AAC Technologies Holdings Inc. He has been the Chairman of Infiniti Solutions Ltd. since October 2002 and serves as its Director. He serves as the Chairman of the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music. He has been the Chairman of Far East Hospitality Trust since April 2012. He serves as the Chairman of the Board at Nanyang Technological University. He has been Chairman (Non-Executive) of Yeo Hiap Seng Malaysia Bhd since April 2010. Mr. Koh was conferred the Meritorious Service Medal in 1995, the Public Service Star in 1991 and the Distinguished Service Order in 2008 by the President of Singapore. He was named as the Outstanding Manager of the Year in 1991 by Business Times and DHL Worldwide and he was conferred an International Herald Tribune Visionary and Leader honor in January 2003. Mr. Koh holds an M.B.A. with distinction from the Harvard Business School and a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering with first class honors in Mechanical Engineering from the Imperial College of Science and Technology, University of London.
