Biography
Markus joined allnex on May 1, 2016. Prior to that he held various positions in the chemical industry, spanning business development, M&A, and general management, including at UCB, Syngenta and Cytec. His last positions were Vice President and General Manager of Industrial Materials at Cytec (now Solvay), and, from 2006 to 2010, Business Director Liquid Coating Resins at Cytec. From 1995 to 2000 he was a consultant with McKinsey & Co. Markus has significant experience with M&A, having been closely involved in multiple integration exercises in the past few years. Markus holds a Degree in Industrial Chemistry from the University of Milan, Italy.
