Biography
Brinkley previously served on the Board of Directors of Ziarco Pharma Ltd., a privately-held pharmaceutical company. Mr. Brinkley holds an M.A. with honors in International Economics from the School of Advanced International Studies of the Johns Hopkins University and a B.A. in International Relations from Kent State University, where he graduated with University Honors.
