Biography

As Vice President of Human Resources, Debra Walls, M.B.A., brings more than 20 years of experience from a wide variety of industries, including automotive, aerospace, technology and animal health. Before joining Aratana, Ms. Walls served as Director of Human Resources for Fishnet Security where she was a member of the executive team and lead a team of a dozen supporting the organization’s overall HR strategy. Prior, she worked for seven years at Wyeth’s Fort Dodge Animal Health and was responsible for the division’s compensation and benefits programs and also lead the transition of employees after the Pfizer acquisition
