Biography
Vort has been a member of our Board of Directors since September 2012. Mr. Vander Vort is currently a Managing Director at Pilot House Associates, LLC, a family investment office based in Boston which he joined in September 2014. Prior to this role, Mr. Vander Vort was a Managing Director and the Chief Operating Officer of Charlesbank Capital Partners, a private equity firm. Mr. Vander Vort joined Charlesbank in September 2013 from MPM Asset Management LLC, a venture capital firm, where he served as a Managing Director, the Chief Operating Officer and the Chief Compliance Officer since May 2005, and he served on the Board of Directors of MPM Acquisition Corp., a public shell company, from February 2008 to November 2010
