Biography
Peter has served as a member and chairperson of our board of directors since July 2014. Mr. Verhaeghe is the managing partner of VVGB Advocaten—Avocats, a corporate finance law and tax law firm, a position he has held since July 1999. He is currently lead counsel to a number of Belgian, Dutch and Swiss biotechnology and diagnostics companies. Mr. Verhaeghe currently serves as the president of the board of directors of Merisant France SAS, as a member of the management board of Merisant Company 2 s ` arl and as a member of the board of directors of CzechPak Manufacturing s.r.o
