Dr Nichola O’reilly

Biography

I graduated from University of Queensland in 1994 and came straight to a 40 + degree summer in Townsville. Originally, I only headed north for 1 year; now 21 years on, I haven't left. In 2014, I was enticed to be the Practice Principal at Belgian Gardens Medical Centre, alongside Dr Fleming and some of the staff from Castletown Family Practice. I married in 1995 and have had 3 beautiful children, who have fortunately, grown much taller than me. I love the diversity of General Practice as no day is ever going to be the same and you never know what challenge you will be presented with next.
