Biography
Sanjiv has over 30 years of global consulting experience. He has assisted the Boards & CEOs of leading global and regional companies develop and execute business strategy and transform business operations. He is an international expert on the Balanced Scorecard having executed over 300 scorecards. Sanjiv has driven over $3 Billion of foreign direct investment into Asia, and has assisted private equity firms make successful investments. He is well published, and has been a key note speaker at global conferences. A former YPO & WPO Chair, he is the author of “Unlocking Human Capital to Drive Performance: A CEO Handbook” published by McGraw Hill. His latest title “Execution Excellence | Making Strategy Work using the Balanced Scorecard” was globally released by J.Wiley and is a bestseller in its genre.
