Biography
Serge Dehonis presently the lead Clinical Oversight Manager at CSL Behring. Responsible for Site Management of 2 Coagulation studies involving sites worldwide. Approx 100 sites in total. Ensure adequate Sponsor oversight of the conduct, monitors and manage one or more clinical studies at clinical study sites, within assigned region or country. Oversee clinical study conduct at the site and the management and monitoring of the site activities by the Site Management & monitoring ESPs across the assigned clinical study sites to ensure the study is being conducted with high quality at the sites according to the protocol, the requirements of the study team, in compliance with regulatory GCP and quality standards. Ensure issues are addressed, followed up through resolution and appropriately communicated/escalated to the lead, who coordinates and ensures consistency across the study as a whole.
